Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://nellieonecleaningservice.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Nellie One Cleaning Service markets and arranges Deep Cleaning, Move-in Cleaning, Residential Cleaning, Commercial Cleaning, Post Event Cleaning. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Ownership. Nellie One Cleaning Service (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
End of Use. Nellie One Cleaning Service may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
As-Is Basis. https://nellieonecleaningservice.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Nellie One Cleaning Service makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nellie One Cleaning Service's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Nellie One Cleaning Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Nellie One Cleaning Service from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Choice of Law. TN law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of TN, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
